The National Association of Securities Broker Salesmen, Inc. (NASBI) informs its members and stakeholders that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued SEC Memorandum Circular No. 15, Series of 2026, covering the further amendments to Rule 10.1.5 (previously Rule 10.1.11 on Qualified Buyers) of the 2015 Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Securities Regulation Code, as amended.

The Circular became effective on May 13, 2026.

Members are encouraged to review the amended provisions and ensure compliance with the updated regulatory requirements.
